Intro call
15 minutes online, free. First you briefly write what worries you and what you expect from the call. I read it in advance, so we get straight to the point: how I can help and what the work could look like.
Request an intro call
The request commits you to nothing. If you change your mind, simply do not reply to the e-mail.
How it works
- You write a short request: what worries you and why you want the call. Then your name and e-mail.
- I read it and reply by e-mail within a day with 2 or 3 time slots in your time zone. If it is not something I work with, I will say right away who to turn to.
- We talk for 15 minutes on Zoom or a messenger. Camera is optional.
- At the end you decide: book a first session, think it over, or choose another path.
Questions about the intro call
Is it really free?
Yes. 15 minutes online, no payment and no commitment to book further.
What should I write in the request?
A couple of sentences: what worries you now and what you want from the call. Keep details and anything personal for the conversation.
Why write a request first?
So I know in advance whether I can help. If it is not something I work with, I will tell you right away who to turn to, and you will not waste your time.
When will I get a reply?
Within a day by e-mail, with two or three time slots in your time zone.
How is it different from a first session?
On the intro call we get to know each other and decide whether the format suits you. Work on your situation starts at the first session, which lasts 60 minutes.
What if I feel very bad right now?
With thoughts of death, self-harm or severe depression you need a doctor, not a 15-minute talk. Free helplines are listed on the booking page.
When an intro call is not enough
If you have thoughts of death, self-harm, depression or an addiction, you need a psychiatrist or a medical psychotherapist, not a 15-minute talk. The list of conditions and free helplines: what I do not work with →
