How I work

  1. We start with a request: what is going on and what you want to achieve. Without one, sessions turn into talking in circles.
  2. I look at four areas of life, as positive psychotherapy does: body and health, work and money, relationships, meaning. Usually one area is hard while another still has strength.
  3. Every session ends with a concrete step for the week that actually moves things forward.
  4. I speak plainly and without jargon. If I see that you need a doctor rather than a psychologist, I say so.

Why finance and psychology together

For over 30 years I have worked in finance and business consulting. Again and again I saw exhaustion, fear and old patterns behind the numbers. So with business owners and managers I speak their language: money, risks and decisions, and what happens to the person who makes them.

What people come to me with

  • Anxiety
  • Burnout
  • Meaning at work
  • Money and career
  • Relationships
  • Self-esteem
  • Hard decisions
  • Goals

What I do not work with

Suicidal thoughts and self-harm, depression, psychotic states, active addictions. In these cases you need a psychiatrist or a medical psychotherapist. I will say so directly and help you find where to turn. Details and helplines →

The first session is 60 minutes on Zoom: we look at what is happening and make a plan. In Ukrainian or Russian.
