How to read the result

  • 0-49Low. Little or no burnout: your energy recovers.
  • 50-74Moderate burnout. Energy is spent faster than it comes back. Time to rethink workload and rest before it becomes chronic.
  • 75-99High burnout. Exhaustion is strong and long-lasting. Without changes to the workload and professional support it rarely passes on its own.
  • 100Severe burnout. This is the limit. It is important to cut the load and get help now.
